Shipping & Returns Please note that Canada Post, UPS and Fedex are experiencing delays due to the record volume of deliveries in the Covid-19 Pandemic,so we appreciate your patience in waiting for the arrival of your order.
Threshold Aviation Inc attempts to ship out all in-stock items within 24 hours or less - often the same day as your order is placed. Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time will ship out same day. Holidays and weekends will affect shipping schedules.
Returns/Refunds If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the arrival date of your shipment to return or exchange your product instore or by sending the item(s) back to us. Returns must be in new, and unused condition. Items such as uniform shirts, sealed books, DVD's must be in their original sealed plastic wrappings. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping to us, and refunds will only be the item cost plus applicable taxes. We reserve the right to deny a return if the items are not in original condition.
Threshold Aviation strives to make sure everything in your order is in perfect condition. All models are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrangements for resolving the issue(s) will be made at our discretion.
